After starting her career as a computer programmer, Rhonda spent more than a decade working for e-discovery software companies in the United States and Canada. She moved to Toronto and spent five years as a litigation support case manager at McCarthy Tetrault before holding similar positions at RBC and Torys LLP. Most recently she was a senior director at H&A eDiscovery, which was acquired by Epiq in 2019. Rhonda earned her DEP in computer science technology from Vanier College in Montreal.
