With 14+ years of experience in providing support and consultations to local and international clients and working with digital data in the fields of e-discovery, digital forensics, and document review, Raymond brings a breadth of expertise and understanding to client engagements and has strong project management capability. He has managed and supported computer forensics and eDiscovery engagements relating to litigation, second requests, FCPA, internal investigations, IP theft, shareholder disputes, fraud, and other regulatory matters working with legal teams, compliance teams, and investigators.

Raymond is an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), and a Brainspace Certified Analyst with hands-on experience over the EDRM spectrum, including the latest TAR workflows and technologies. He is a trilingual speaker who is fluent in English, Cantonese, as well as Mandarin Chinese and he has traveled and worked extensively in the North American and APAC markets.
