Marlon Hylton is the CEO of INNOV-8, a law firm and technology company specializing in the intersection of law and technology, with a focus on data management and artificial intelligence.
Recognized by Best Lawyers and Who's Who Legal, Marlon excels in integrating technology solutions within legal practice. Previously, Marlon was a partner in a major Bay Street law firm, where he developed e-discovery and information governance services. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Osgoode Hall Law School and served on various legal committees, including the Ontario eDiscovery Implementation Committee and Sedona Canada. He currently serves as chair of the human resources committee of the board of the Toronto Public Library Foundation, and member of the Alumni Board of Osgoode Hall Law School.
