Beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was the Manager of Forensic Technology Solutions for over 7 years. At PwC, he was directly involved in data management and technology architecture projects. He developed business cases for the enhancement of e-discovery, forensic and document management tools, which directly improved service offerings and processing efficiency. Gerald has worked with financial institutions, law firms and government entities on business management, litigation support, security investigation and electronic document and evidence management services. He also has extensive experience in business architecture, transformation, analysis and operations management.
